1. All bookings are accepted with the client being responsible for ensuring that all details with regards to dates and times are correct. We will endeavour to re – confirm all information prior to travel.
  2. A deposit may be required, depending upon the nature of the booking. This is at the discretion of the Directors of P & C Luxury Travel Ltd, and is not refundable if the booking is cancelled one month prior to the date of travel.
  3. All passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
  4. The consumption of food within all vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  5. A no smoking policy is strictly enforced throughout the fleet.
  6. Passengers are responsible for any personal possessions left in the vehicle
  7. The drivers are entitled to refuse entry into the vehicle if he / she feels that they are not in a fit state to travel, or that they may put others safety at risk
  8. Any damage to the vehicles or valeting costs incurred, will be charged to the passenger responsible.
